When is domain name transfer not recommended?

1. In case your domain is registered less than 60 days ago it cannot be transferred.

2. In case your domain name is about to expire in less than 30 days, we recommend that you renew the domain name with your current registrar and not try to transfer it. As the domain transfer procedure may take up to two weeks to be processed, your domain name may get deactivated in the registry, and you may need to pay additional fees to regain control of it.

Once the registration is renewed, you can choose to transfer your domain name.
